Bidder's Information Packets (BIP©) contain dozens of items relevant to a particular real estate auction. Sometimes called a "Due Diligence Package", we prefer the friendly Bidder's Information Packet phrase, which provides information as the name implies.

Our BIP© provides all the legal contracts, explanation of terms and conditions, public record information, aerial maps, photos, measurements and many other items from our 43-point checklist, and the all important recent are sales information. Recent area sales allow many lenders to approve loan applications during your initial meeting with a lender.

Our BIP© will generally answer all your questions about a particular property. And that is our goal, to make sure all potential bidders have access to information in order to arrive at a value they are willing to bid, which of course is market value.
