  • 1968 - Graduate Eaton High School. Senior Vice President, w/7 Varsity Letters in Golf, Football and Wrestling.
  • 1972 - Honorable Discharge from U.S. Marine Corps. Two-Year Duty during Vietnam Conflict, Obtained Rank of Sergeant.
  • 1972 - Began Training in Real Estate and Auctioneer Business under my Father, who began in 1948.
  • 1972 - Obtained Ohio Real Estate Salesman License
  • 1973 - Obtained Ohio Auctioneers License
  • 1975 - Graduate of Ohio State University, B.S. Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Major. Member Freshman Golf Team.
  • 1977 - Obtained Ohio Real Estate Brokers License
  • 1979 - Obtained Indiana Real Estate Brokers License
  • 1979 - Obtained Indiana Auctioneers License
  • 1979 - Earned GRI Designation. Graduate Realtors Institute
  • 1980, 1983, 1986, 1989, 1992, 1995 & 1998 Completed 30 Class Room Hours to Satisfy Ohio Real Estate Continuing Education Law.
  • 1982 - Earned CAI Designation. (Certified Auctioneers Institute - the highest professional designation for Professional Auctioneers.)
  • 1983 - Completed 2 Year Course held at Indiana University, in Conjunction with the National Auctioneers Association, to obtain the Designation AARE (Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate, given by the Certified Auctioneers Institute. This was a 60 Hour Course.)
  • 1986 - Elected to the Board of Directors, Ohio Auctioneers Association. Re-elected for 2nd Term in 1989. 
  • 1991 - Elected Vice President, Ohio Auctioneers Association
  • 1992 - Elected President-Elect, Ohio Auctioneers Association
  • 1993 - Elected President, Ohio Auctioneers Association
  • 1994-1998 - Ohio Auctioneers Association Advisory Board
  • 1996-1998 - Appointed by Ohio Governor Voinovich to a 3 Year Term on the Ohio Auction Commission, a 3 Member Committee, which oversees and helps regulate auctions in Ohio. Re-appointed for a second term through 2001.
  • 1999 - Inducted into the prestigious HALL OF FAME of the Ohio Auctioneers' Association, becoming the 19th person enshrined, the youngest member and the second father son honoree to be inducted

Attend State Auctioneers Conventions yearly (since 1986) spending, yearly, at least 25 hours in seminars, related to the Auction Profession.

Attend National Auctioneers Association Conventions yearly (since 1987) spending, yearly, at least 20 hours in class room seminars related to the Auction Profession.

Currently serving on National Auctioneer Association Committee to Raise One Million Dollars for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
