| Kramer & Kramer Auctioneers has always maintained a mailing list with categorized sorts for the benefit of the buyers. We have a postcard dated October 23, 1931, which L.G. Reitz used as one of the first known mailing lists, and in the early 1950's, Horace J. Kramer formed a hand typed,
200 person mailing list, which has grown to over 4,000 computerized requests to be on our categorized mailing lists. |

| Between 1993 and 1997, we used the CUS© computer system, which allowed us to survey all auction attendees and
analyze which source brought them to the auction and how much they bought as a percentage of the auction. Results repeatedly showed that the Kramer & Kramer mailing list brought 30 to 60% of the
buyers to the auction, but more importantly, these buyers bought 50 to 75% of the items!
Mailing lists bring quality buyers with the resources to purchase any price items. We also discovered that over 93% of the time, the highest priced item in the auction was sold to a buyer from our mailing list.
We have been computerized since 1983, and now offer two (2) mailing lists, one by e-mail address and our original "snail-mail" list. Either way, the auction brochure and additional information will be posted on our web page auction calendar.
